Fire Damper Inspections

Don't gamble with fire safety - the failure rate of uninspected and unmaintained fire dampers is alarmingly high. These critical safety components are your building's first line of defence against fire and smoke spread, yet too many property owners discover their dampers have failed only when it's too late. Our comprehensive fire damper inspection service ensures your building's passive fire protection systems function when lives depend on them.

We understand that building maintenance budgets require careful planning, which is why we offer flexible service agreements that align with your financial planning. Our inspection programmes spread costs over a manageable 5-year period, with 20% of your fire dampers inspected annually in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1851-2005. This approach not only ensures compliance with safety regulations but also helps you budget effectively whilst maintaining the highest safety standards.
