This million dollar project involved decommissioning all ground floor shops and re-running chilled water and hot water throughout the building.

The team then installed air-conditioned for all ground floors shops and carried out the mechanical exhaust and make up air. Upspec Air Conditioning also supplied and installed smoke exhausts throughout the building.
